How to remove the labour ban and take a new job offer

How can I know why I got a 1-year ban? Where I will get these details from?

Now, I am in the UAE. Now, my new company processed my visa.

That time only I come to know about my 1-year ban.

You could check with the Immigration Department on why you have a ban or check in the Ministry of Labour.

Yes, but I chatted with MOHRE, and they gave me the following information:

I am now in a one-year ban from 16/6/2018 to 16/6/2019. They told me, for more details to contact Customer Happiness Centre. This is the info I got.

I worked as a client service clerk (category 3), and now, I got a new job as an engineer (category 1).

Is there any way to get free from the 1-year ban?

In the old company, my basic salary was 500+1000 transportation & living allowance. Now, my basic salary in the new company is 1500+1250 living allowance.

I have my offer letter with me. By using this, will I able to remove my ban?
