Naser Muhyealdeen

Mr Naser Muhyealdeen attended and graduated Bachelor of Art in Political Science and a minor in Economics from the California State University. After obtaining his bachelor's degree, he decided to further pursue his study. He went to Irvine University College of Law and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Law Degree therein. Furthermore, he continued to study at Irvine University College of law for my Doctorate Degree in Law; after three (3) years, he achieved his Juris Doctor Degree in the said school of law. Since then, he has been working and gaining experience in various fields of the legal profession, such as but not limited to corporate law, contract law and real estate law. He decided to venture his legal profession in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates as an international lawyer and consultant for various companies within the Arab region; as a lawyer, he handled and won landmark cases against major developers and companies in the country. His quest in the legal profession as an international lawyer does not end in winning landmark cases, he manages to continuously study, develop and adopt new techniques and strategies in dealing with every unique legal issue of his clients. Currently, he is a partner in two (2) renowned legal firms in Dubai with a field of expertise in Business, Real Estate and Property Law for more than six (6) years. In addition, he participated for more than one hundred (100) arbitration cases and eight hundred (800) Dubai Court and Mediation cases all over the region- competency, hard work and professionalism are the key factors for each and every success. Also, he has managed, through my law offices, networks- equipped with highly qualified degrees, seminars and business experience in Real Estate and Business Law, to create a variety of network or complexion in the United States of America, Europe, Turkey, Asia and the GCC region. In his proactive law practice, he has worked with major construction companies in the UAE, such as in Al Serkal Group and Turkerler Construction in Izmir Turkey which consist of 8 residential towers and shopping mall projects. In Turkey, he has managed to set up two (2) companies for 2 GCC companies. Likewise, He drafted several agreements between the construction companies, developers and Investors to uphold its respective rights and interest. Finally, he's acting as CEO of a UAE company in Dubai that has been in Business since 2007; and has worked with high net investors and individuals from all over the globe to invest and venture in UAE. Currently, he's the representative of both Turkish Businessmen Counsel and the Iraqi Businessmen Counsel in the UAE.
