Cancellation of visa from old employer to work for a new employer
My employer is not cancelling me. They terminated me last November and accused me of stealing which was not proven.
Now, I have a new offer letter, though the salary is lesser. I informed them so they can cancel me already and she agreed as per her message.
But now it’s been two weeks and she’s not replying to me anymore. I’m on a limited contract and finished 6 months probation with their company.
Will there still be a labour ban?
If she files an absconding case against me, what should I do?

Dear Questioner,
If the employer is the one who terminates your employment contract, he cannot file an absconding case against you.
Did you send them your original passport?
Did you receive from them any termination letter? Did you sign any letter? Did you receive the end of service gratuity?
Is your employer a free zone company or LLC company?
In order to provide you with a complete answer, we need to know more details from you.
