The final judgment came on May 3rd, so I want to understand when can I expect to get the amount and how long I am eligible to stay in UAE. I am still on my employer's visa. What if I cancel the visa, is there any grace period in this situation or that would have been exhausted by now?

Q: Dear Lawyers, Kindly assist please, 1. I got a favorable judgment against my employer after completing my contract without renewal. I executed and they refused to pay after Dubai Court served them notice. I made the block request which was confirmed by Al Adheed, however, the company still won’t pay (But the company pays workers' salaries in between which I can confirm). I saw an update through my account page on the court website that one of their bank accounts has the executed amount and the bank has reserved it. Q: I opened execution one month ago and Abu Dhabi labor enforcement already seized the trade license, company cars, and bank accounts Now the company called and offered to give me the money but they want to give me cash at Enjaz office Mussafah in Abu Dhabi. I heard that once the execution is opened, the company must deposit the amount in the enforcement labor court only. Then, the court will transfer the amount into my bank account and I already provided my bank account details while opening execution before. Actually, I am not satisfied with getting cash money in this way. I feel satisfied with getting money through court and I don’t know why the company wants to give cash.
