I have a case against my company. I won the case and I registered execution for court.
3 months passed and the company did not pay my money or return my passport.
Now I have no money to leave and keep the case running and I want to go to my country.
Please advise me on how to go forward.

The court will issue an order for the company to pay you the money owed and return your passport.
If the company still does not comply with the court order, you can file a complaint with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE) or the police.

You can request the issuance of a seizure order, and if the company does not respond, a forced execution is required.
In addition to that, you can file a criminal lawsuit against the company on charges of non-compliance with a judicial ruling.
