Can a labor case be reopened? and also can we file a case against that fraudster lawyer?

Q: Could you clarify if an appeal must be filed within 30 days from the date of the Court of First Instance judgment? However, according to Article 166, paragraphs one and two of the UAE Civil Procedure Law No. 42 of 2022, is it possible for an appeal to be deemed inadmissible even if it is submitted within this 30-day period if the appellant fails to present the grounds for the appeal before or by the time of the first hearing at the Court of Appeal?
