Hi
There is a case for 2 rental cheques bounce amount of AED 16800 & 12500 in the police station and there is a travel ban.
My current condition is not allowing to pay it as I don't have a job and I'm looking for it.
So what are the worst consequences of it? And how will the travel ban be removed?
Please help me with info.
Thanks

Generally, if a case has cheques for recovering the payment of an unpaid loan, in all likelihood, an automatic travel ban will be imposed on the defaulter.
The UAE travel ban prohibits the debtor from travelling to recover the unpaid debt by the creditor.
This ban will be removed when the reasons for it exists, i.e. the debt is repaid.
