The legal actions one can face for bounced rental cheque

There are 2 rental cheques (AED 16800 & 12500 ) bounce case registered in police station against me & my condition is not able to pay it.

So please let me know what would be the consequences & how the travel ban will be removed. Please help me to know this. It would be really a great help.

Since the cheque value is below AED 200000, you can pay a fine and not be imprisoned.

Once the criminal case is closed it depends on whether or not the landlord wants to file a case in the RDC.

How about the travel ban, how it will be removed and how will I come to know that they filed a case in RDC.

Someone told me that in a rental cheque bounce case, you cannot pay fine. Is it true?
