If you're facing a travel ban in Dubai due to unpaid rental cheques and want to return to Pakistan, you have several options to consider.
First, try negotiating with your landlord for a settlement agreement or apply for a payment plan through the Rental Dispute Centre.
Seek legal advice from an expert in UAE rental disputes to understand your rights and options. Make partial payments if possible to show good faith, and attend all court hearings if there's an ongoing case. Keep an eye out for potential amnesty programs.
Remember, leaving without resolving the issue could result in long-term consequences, including future entry bans.
It's crucial to address the situation legally before attempting to leave Dubai. Your goal should be to settle the debt or reach an agreement that allows for the travel ban to be lifted, enabling you to return to Pakistan without future complications.
