Is there any way of relieving an old man from paying a debt in a civil case execution?

The debtor is bankrupt - no resources of any kind. He is 65 years old.

Is there any relief based on the age factor?

Article (8): It is not permissible to order the imprisonment of the debtor in the following cases:

A- If the value of the debt does not exceed one thousand dirhams unless the debt is a financial fine or prescribed alimony.

B- If he is under eighteen years of age or over seventy years of age.

C- If he had a son under fifteen years of age and his wife had died or been imprisoned for any reason

The debtor is bankrupt and has no resources and is 65 years old.
