Dear Questioner,

Please note that the same was approved by the Federal National Council (the draft law) and it had submitted to the President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan for the final endorsement.

Unfortunately, I am not sure the same has been incorporated in the UAE Civil Procedure Code or not.
