My cousin is in the central jail of Al Awir since October 2024 till date 20/03/25. She has 6 different penal cases all judgements are done, last one was done yesterday. Dear Sir/Madam, Is it possible to resign on probation and return to home country? I came here to join a company on November 1, 2022, and I got my Emirates ID on February 2, 2023. Now I want to resign because I am unable to adjust to the company's work culture and unprofessional behavior. I am planning to go back to my home country, Bangladesh. I want to know how long I can stay after canceling the visa and if there is any obligation that could be created by my employer. As I bear my all costs by myself coming over to Dubai, they only provide the company's visa cost.  Thank you!

I'm an employer and an employee claimed 50% overtime. The actual overtime working hours were 20% for which extra was added to his salary with the right calculation. A MOHRE case was logged but it's now in court. Our first hearing is next week (online court sessions). Do I need to prepare my documents that can be presented in court or do I need to prepare something in advance to show my calculations and proof?

Salam, I received an email at 8.25 am stating that my first hearing is at 9 am, but I read this email at 10 am. Is there any issue as I've filed a case against my employer for salary? Also, I want to ask when I can apply for the NOC. My 2nd hearing is on 30th march. And what will the procedure be for this? Thanks
