Questions & Answers
Can the employer claim employment costs from employees who resign in probation?
Hi.
I want to know if an employee doesn't complete the labor contract and leaves the job, what obligations he would have?
Because employees are leaving the jobs just paying 1-month salary and don't get bothered by this.
On the other side, the company is losing money paying for their visas, insurance, and training for 3 months which costs a lot.
What is the solution for this?
Can an expert guide, please?

If the employee leaves work during the probationary period, the company has the right to request compensation and demand training costs from him or from the new company in which he will work.
