Dear questioner,

You are welcome!

Unfortunately, as long as you signed the contract, it is valid unless you can prove that you were not given any training then you can file a complaint.

As I am still on my probation and not a permanent employee, wouldn't that make a difference?

23 Nov 2022, 11:24

Unfortunately, it is not preferable for you to complete the probationary period first before resigning because this does not improve your legal status.

What will I do to be exempted from all these restraints and go back to my country?

What are my options?

If you are exposed to any harm from work, you can file a complaint, be free from paying the special amount and return to your country.

Because the law stipulates that the costs of visa and accommodation are on the company, companies circumvent the law and set the condition for training fees.

For more information, you can book a consultation and hold a meeting with a legal advisor specialized in labor issues.

Dear questioner,

You need to pay for that.
