Does the employer have to accept the resignation to start the notice period?
Sir/Ma'am,
I sent my resignation through email but they rejected it and also told me that I face legal consequences. I am on probation period.
Does my employer have to accept the resignation to start the notice period?
What should I do? Will I serve my notice period?
Dear sir/madam,
You can leave work without your employer's consent, but you have to send him an official email telling him that you will leave the job, even if your application is rejected before you complete the six months.
You should review your employment contract to make sure if there are penal clauses or not.

Well, you have to serve notice of termination of your contract as per the terms specified in your contract and relevant Law.
In the probation period, a 14 day's notice is given but we have to review your contract to advise you further.
