Dear sir/madam,

You can leave work without your employer's consent, but you have to send him an official email telling him that you will leave the job, even if your application is rejected before you complete the six months.

You should review your employment contract to make sure if there are penal clauses or not.

Sir, I sent my resignation but he rejected it and asked for visa fees then to leave.

Please review the employment contract well. Is there a condition in the contract in case of submitting the resignation during the trial period you bear the cost of the sign?

It is OK. You can resign within the probation period but if the employer refused, you have to inform MOHRE to register a complaint against the employer to avoid the ban.

After completing my notice period or before filing a complain at MOHRE?

22 Oct 2022, 12:48

Before the end of the notice period.

Thank you so much, sir for clearing my doubts!

Well, you have to serve notice of termination of your contract as per the terms specified in your contract and relevant Law.

In the probation period, a 14 day's notice is given but we have to review your contract to advise you further.
