How to file a complaint against a humiliating call from a company agent?

Do I have the grounds for filing a legal action?

I just got a sales call from a trading company and I kept repeating over and over to the sales agent that I am not into trading at all with zero chances of me doing it.

So she replied saying "and do you think that everyone else is like you dumb and stupid?" before hanging up the line in my face.

I don't have a call record but I assume they would have these recorded somewhere and I have the landline she called from which I googled and turned out to be registered under the trading company name.

How can I take legal action against her?

If you have the recording it will be possible, but you can't ask that without recording.

You can call the company and complain there, all of us are facing this problem.

I will do that and complain to DED too since I lack the proof.

On the same note, If I had a recording app that the other party didn't know about, would I still be able to use it in court?

Yes, you can use it. They are your calls, you can record them.
