Can you sue somebody for recording a phone conversation between you without consent?

Hello,

I just finished a phone call with another individual, and I was told by a third party that the conversation was recorded without my consent.

I am deeply unhappy with the fact this has been done, and I would like to know what legal recourse is available to me to resolve this matter.
