The consequences of resignation during probation in the new labor law

My concern is: I'm working on an unlimited contract and I'm 5 months now on my work and I want to resign now.

On my contract, it's written there is no notice period and it isn't written to pay any visa from them under the probation period.

Is there any possibility that my company can get compensation from me?

According to the new UAE labor law, if the employee wishes to leave his current employer during the probation period, to work for another employer in the country, the employee is obliged to give his current employer a one-month notice of the termination.

The new employer is obliged by law to compensate your previous employer for the fees incurred for your visa and residence... etc. unless agreed otherwise.
