You must notify the employer of the termination of the employment contract and adhere to the notice period according to your employment contract and regarding the payment of money.
If you decide to leave work before the end of the employment contract, you must pay any recruitment costs paid by the employer.

In the UAE, the employer is responsible for canceling your visa. If your employer cancels your visa it is not possible to directly join another company within six months.
However, you can obtain NOC from your current employer which will allow you to join another company during this period.
