What are my rights and obligations in case of resignation from a limited contract?

Q: Dear Ma'am,
Good afternoon,
First of all, thank you for helping people by giving your expert advice, really appreciated.
My name is B. T., working with a private company in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi since Sep '20. I am having a limited contract for two years which is going to end on Sep. '22.
Now, I want to switch the company and am planning to resign from this company in the month of April ’22 (4-5 Months before contract completion) and I will serve 1 month's notice period as per the contract.
So I want your advice on the below matter (Considering the applicability of Labour Law).
Would I need to pay 45 days’ salary to the current company?
What is the eligibility of compensation (Like Gratuity / Leaves) plus any exit process formalities I should follow?
Thanks in advance for the support.

How can I lift an immigration ban to be able to process my new emplyment visa? 0
Hi Sir,
I am S. and I am facing a one-year labour ban (as per my knowledge, and the same is mentioned in the cancellation paper too).
Now I have a new offer with [-----] company in a free zone, but things were not processed because of this ban. They asked me for the immigration clearance.
How can I clear this?
My previous contract was under a limited term, so even the salary basis is not helping me.
From other sites, I came to know it is possible, but I still have no idea how.
Can you suggest a solution?
