How to leave the company and take another offer if the current company refuses?
I got a new offer letter from another company & submitted it to my current company but they refuse to give cancellation.
The reason they say is that I have 6 months remaining to finish my visa now & this is my 2nd visa in the same company.
What can I do for leaving here & join the new company?
Dear Questioner,
Please refer to your employment contract and follow the terms of the notice period. Serve your notice period and after submitting the resignation.
Exit the company after making proper handover of company assets, if any of it is under your possession.
If your employer is not canceling your visa please file a complaint with the ministry of labor or the appropriate free zone authority you are associated with.
