Sending a resignation letter and employer's refusal to reply

I am working in a construction company as an engineer with a limited contract visa.

Now, there is a 4-month salary pending, Due to this, I am facing a huge financial crisis. I got a better opportunity,

I had given my resignation to the current employer. They didn't even reply to my resignation letter regarding when they should release me.

What should I do now?

If they don't release me, I will lose my new job offer!

Greetings,

They can't keep you more than the notice period as per your employment contract.

If they will refuse to pay all dues, you need to file a labor complaint in MOHRE, or in a labor office if it's a free zone.

Also, you can request a visa cancellation in this complaint. Only you need to make sure that you have the resignation letter you sent to your employer by email as you need to have evidence.
