What is the status of the woman and child in case of pregnancy out of wedlock?

In this scenario, a woman is pregnant before marriage.
Are there any complications with getting a birth certificate here in UAE?
Will they give a birth certificate even though she got pregnant first before getting married?

In such a case, the children will be named after your name and the only complication here will follow the children because later on after you get married, you will face huge complications in order to register the child on his father's name.
Moreover, the authorities will not allow you to change his name to the father's name unless you provide tons of evidence which shows that he is the father.
I would strongly recommend you to get married as fast as possible so the documents of the child go smooth later on.
Also, I would recommend you to check with the authorities, your embassy and the court of personal affairs to enlighten you even better.
