Recovering money from immigration consultant requested mistakenly
How can I get my AED 11000 back paid to an immigration consultant?
The amount was charged for a service which I am not eligible for.
I have a voice recording of the promises made by the consultant.

Did you sign any agreement with them? Do you have their company details?
In case you did not sign any agreement with them and you transfer the funds without having at least an invoice issued by them, it will be very hard for you to recover the funds.
However, if you have at least their email address, few emails communications with them, we can serve them with a legal notice.
Please send me an email with all the evidence you have and please provide me with a chronological brief of events.

Based on our history, if you got immigration consultancy, it means that you have signed an agreement with them particularly that you paid the fees of AED 11,000.
So please feel free to provide us with a copy of this agreement at our email address to review it and inform you with relevant legal advice.
