Getting a refund from an immigration consultant
I had signed up with an immigration consultant for immigration to Canada. According to the contract I would be refunded the full amount if my application did not get through in a year.
I had asked for a refund and they have only approved 2560/- out of around Dhs 9500/-.
I need help to resolve this issue. Thanks.

Please review or have the same reviewed by a legal consultant to ascertain that your agreement did not have any hidden fees. If the agreement states what you understood, then appoint a legal consultant to send them a legal notice or let them know you will engage a lawyer.
This should help to scare them and settle your dues.
