Demanding compensation in case of termination before delivery

I am 7 months pregnant and working in a construction company (project base).

If I am terminated before my delivery, can I demand compensation till the end of my maternity leave delivery date + 45days?

Hello madam,

You can claim your due leave until the last working day, and in the event of terminating your services, the remainder of the warning period will be calculated within the working period and that's if the contract is for an unlimited period.
