How to remove a lifetime ban and return to the UAE after getting deported

I'm working in Dubai as a receptionist in a spa and CID caught us. They say it's illegal and they put us in jail and got deported after getting our eye scan and fingerprints in Al Aweer.

Now I'm trying to get a visa but they say I'm on lifetime ban. Is there any chance that I can come back to Dubai?
