How to lift a lifetime ban to enter the country again
My father was a taxi driver in the UAE and he worked here for 7 years. One day, a passenger sat in the car and put alcohol bottles in the back of the car.
My father wasn't aware of that. He got a call from its resources that CID is following the car. He ran away and CID caught my father. They put a lifetime ban on him and was deported to country.
My question is how can we lift this type of ban?

Thank you for reaching out to me on this.
Unfortunately, in such cases, it is not possible to remove the life ban as he got the ban pursuant to a criminal case lodged against him.
Legally speaking, you/ your father should have appealed against the judgement of deportation. But unfortunately, now it's too late to do so.
You may file a mercy petition before the Ministry of Interior, but it is unlikely to be effective.
