Lifting a lifetime ban based on a court order
Dear Sir,
Good day to you.
I have a lifetime ban from the Sharjah court given in 2014. I was arrested in a theft case in Sharjah which I did not commit but was scared of the police, so I signed where they asked me to and it was a confession paper in Arabic.
We tried appealing in Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Office (Diwan) but it has been rejected. My father, mother, little brother and my wife are all living in the UAE. I too was living in the UAE since 1992.
Is there any way I can come again to the UAE?

Dear Questioner,
If you have a final decision issued by the Court for a lifetime ban, you are not allowed to come back to the UAE.
However, in case you wish to find if there is any possibility to appeal the decision, we need first to study your file, to study the last decision issued, and advise you on the next steps (if there is an open door to get any release letter).
Please let me know.
Best regards,
Raluca Gatina
Lifting legal deportation
A foreigner against whom a legal deportation order is issued may apply to the public prosecution to cancel the deportation order.
He/she may state reasons for his application and submit supporting documents. The application is sent to a special committee to take a decision on lifting the deportation order.
In Dubai, you can apply online to cancel deportation via the website of Public Prosecution.
