How to lift a permanent ban imposed due to chest scars?

Dear sir/madam,

I am from Pakistan. My question is:

In 2013, the UAE imposed a permanent ban on me for health reasons because there were scars on my chest. I did my medical examination again in my home country and there was no issue now.

I want to lift my permanent ban. What is the process?

Dear sir,

Assuming you have no restrictions with the UAE's immigration authority other than what has been brought in your inquiry, the legal steps for lifting your ban will be as follows.

Taking into account that the UAE authorities may request that the test be performed by the UAE or a UAE accredited medical center in your home country, the procedures will be as follows:

1- Submit a request for the ban to be lifted based on an accredited and accepted medical report.

2- The report will be subject to approval by UAE authorities, with the approval taking up to 5 working days to acquire the initial permission from the applicable authorities.

3- After gaining initial permission, you can enter the UAE on a visit visa and take the medical test a second time before applying for the resident permit.

4- Typically, such preliminary steps can be completed through an agent, attorney, or travel and tourism office, which can assist you in securing your ban removal and permit.
