The Dubai Courts authorized service provider Aramex pasted the notice on the unit door as nobody opened the door to accept the notice. At the same time, I did not send the notice to the tenant through email. My question is will the RDC judge accept this as the notice has been served based on Aramex's acknowledgement? Kindly advise
