Mohamed Alaa

Dr. Mohamed Alaa has been practicing law for more than 12 years in the UAE and Egypt as well, most of them at large national law firms. He is now the owner of FRM Legal Counsels law firm. His practice is based on construction law and business law practice including “contract negotiation, counseling before and during projects aimed at preventing disputes, and resolution of disputes during and after construction. In addition to his doctorate degree, Dr. Mohamed Alaa is a member of the DIAC 40 program for young Arbitrators/ practitioners group in Dubai International Arbitration Center, enrolled as legal counsel at DIFC LCIA. He is also a member of the Egyptian Bar Association, and he is a visiting faculty in more than one University in Dubai, teaching business law.
