إمكانية إنهاء خدمة موظف أثناء الجائحة الحالية ومستحقاته القانونية

مرحبًا،

هل يحق للشركة إنهاء خدمة موظف دون سببٍ وجيه خاصةً في ظل هذا الوباء؟

كيف سيتم حساب مكافأة نهاية الخدمة حيث أنه يعمل معهم منذ خمس سنوات تقريبًا (سينتهي عقد العمل في شهر سبتمبر 2020)؟

هل سيحصل على المزيد من المال بالإضافة إلى حساب نهاية الخدمة لأن ذلك يُعد فصلاً تعسفيًا؟

ماذا سيحدث لإقامته وأفراد أسرته المسجلين تحت كفالته؟

The company does not have the right to fire the employee without a legal reason.

He is entitled to compensation for arbitrary dismissal from one to three months, in addition to your labor rights, an end-of-service bonus of 21 days for each year of your first five years of service, and leave and warning allowance.

As for your family, if their residence is on bail, then the stay will continue valid without problems for 28 days from the date of canceling your visa.

One more question please: is it necessary for the employee to file a case to take his arbitrary dismissal compensation?

Yes, it is necessary to register a labor complaint in order to obtain an arbitrary dismissal allowance in case the company refuses to give it.

For your information, compensation for an arbitrary dismissal is from one to three months, and it is determined by the judge.
