س: تزوجت بعقد رسمي في بلدي الأردن، وبعد عدة أشهر وقبل الدخول والعرس، تم الطلاق رسميًا في الأردن وذلك بطلب من أهل الزوجة لإتمام معاملات حكومية خاصة بهم. بعد ذلك تم الزواج بدون عقد جديد. الآن لدينا أطفال وتم تسجيلهم بعقد الزواج القديم ولكن هناك عقد طلاق والزوجة تطلب الطلاق. هل تعترف المحكمة الشرعية بهذا الزواج أم هو باطل؟ في حال تم تقديم ورقة الطلاق، هل نتعرض للمساءلة القانونية الشرعية؟ حاليًا أقيم في دبي. شكرًا!

س: أنا مصري الجنسية متزوج من سورية مقيمة مع أهلها في أبوظبي. عند الزواج، كتب الأب مؤخَّر الصداق "لا شيء" بعقد الزواج واستخدم ورقة عرفية أخرى وقَّع عليها نفس الشهود بمبلغ ١٢٠ ألف درهم. هل يُعتد بهذه الورقة أم أنها تنافي عقد الزواج الإماراتي؟ علمًا بأنها هي مَن طلب الطلاق للضرر.

The provisions of this Federal Decree-Law No. (31) of 2021 Promulgating the Crimes and Penalties Law, known as the "New UAE Penal Code", governs criminal actions in the United Arab Emirates. The New Penal Code repeals the previous UAE Penal Code (Federal Law No. (3) of 1987 Promulgating the Penal Code).
