Further to your query, please be informed that if your husband is outside the UAE, you can still get a divorce.

Furthermore, please be informed that in some cases, the court may ask for the settlement.

This settlement includes a statement made and signed by both the husband and the wife declaring that they have settled their rights in regards to the maintenance, child custody and further claims.
