حصلت على قرض شخصي وكريدت كارد من مؤسسة للتمويل بإجمالي ٥٠ ألف وتعثرت لفترة والآن يطالبونني بدفع مبلغ ٢٠٠ ألف درهم بالفوائد وكنت أعطيتهم شيك بقيمة ٤٢ ألف وقتها. سؤالي: هل يوجد سند لأمر داخل عقد القرض (الأبليكيشن) الخاص بالشركة التي وقعت معها في البداية؟ أم لا يملكون ضمانًا آخر يُمكِّنهم من مقاضاتي به سوى الشيك الذي أعطيته لهم فقط؟ مع جزيل الشكر!

هناك مشكلة مع مقاول إذ اتفقنا على بناء ملحق داخل منزل خاص ووقعنا العقد واستلم أول دفعة. اشتغل حسب العقد واستلم الدفعة الثانية وأوقف العمل ويرفض المواصلة. تبين لي بعدما حاولت أن أقدم شكوى ضده أنه يستخدم ختم وعقد لشركة منتهية في سنة 2013 ولا يوجد لديه أي ترخيص. كيف أستطيع أن أشكوه وبنفس الوقت أواصل البناء؟

My wife and I are non-Muslims. Divorce was settled in our home country court which decided that I am the custodian of the children and no alimony has to be paid to her. Children are living with me here in the UAE. However, she still resides here in the UAE using a tourist visa. She is planning to file a Maintenance Case against me in the UAE Family Court. Hello I bought an off-plan apartment with a developer, paid half and the other half was supposed to be paid on receiving the apartment which was supposed to be received end of 2019. I am a manager in a UAE company, I have served 2 years on an unlimited contract. I have been instructed I am on unpaid leave for a 3-month period in light of the current situation. The company is asking me to sign an annexe to my contract that I accept this unpaid leave period. If I do accept, can I still resign during this 3-month unpaid leave period if I get another job?

I should have my final settlement on May 9 as my last day of work will be May 2nd. The company offered me to pay me in 2 payments. A bank transfer was made in the 1st week of May and the second 50% in the 1st week of June by giving me a post-dated cheque. The issue is I didn't plan to stay 1 more month as I should leave the country. 1- Is this legal to offer this kind of payment? Hi, I am a landlord and need advice on the following scenario. - The contract with my tenant expired in Sep 2024. Upon requesting the renewal, the tenant mentioned that she is out of the country and will sign the renewal contract and provide the rent checks. In the meantime, she paid the first quarter of rent through a bank transfer. - After 3 months, when the next quarter's payment was due, she deposited the next quarter's rent into my bank but did not sign the contract renewal despite my follow-up with her multiple times. At this time, she had returned to Dubai. - Now the next quarter payment is due, however, the tenant is not responding to WhatsApp or answering calls. She is NOT paying rent or renewing the contract. What action can I take since she is not answering my calls or messages? She does not have a valid contract or Ejari, and her rent is delayed by 1 month. All WhatsApp messages are delivered, but she chooses not to respond.

رفعت زوجتي قضية طلاق للضرر ضدي وقت سفري للخارج وذلك بالضغط من أهلها، وقالت في لائحة الدعوى أنني هجرتها ولم أنفق عليها ولا على طفلي الاثنين وأنها استأجرت سكنًا خاصًا بعد أن تخليت عنهم، وهو لم يحدث جملة وتفصيلاً، وهناك ما يُثبت. تركت لهم المصروف الخاص بالبيت وهناك رسائل واتساب تشهد بذلك قبل السفر. ولكن لظروف مرض كورونا المنتشر حاليًا، لا يمكنني العودة بسبب إغلاق المطارات؛ ومع ذلك لا توجد مشكلة في إيجار السكن ولا المدارس وهناك مصروف لهم يكفي لمدة سنة. هل إن رجعت وقدمت ما لدي من مستندات تفيد بأنني أخبرتها بسفري لرؤية الوالد، ولدي عقد إيجار للسكن صالح لآخر سنة ٢٠٢٠، وحتى رسوم المدارس تُخصَم من حسابي في البنك مباشرة، يرفض القاضي طلب الطلاق للضرر؟ لقد أعدت حجز الأبناء في المدارس عن طريق الإنترنت للسنة القادمة ٢٠٢٠/٢٠٢١، هل هذا يكفي لرفض طلبها؟ مع العلم أن الزوجة لم ترفق أي ورقة في الدعوى تُثبت إدعائها بأنها قامت باستئجار سكن. أنا أملك تلك المستندات باسمي وجميع الرسوم المدرسية والسكن وقد أبلغتها عن طريق الواتساب بغرض السفر. مع العلم بأني مقيم في إمارة دبي.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته والدي مصري كان يعمل بوزارة التربية والتعليم الاماراتية منذ فترة 25 عام تقريباً وكان له رصيد في بنك وكان ينوي السفر لسحب الرصيد ولكن لم يشاء الله رب العالمين وتوفى والدي 8/4/2020. حالياً هل أستطيع أن أعرف هذا الرصيد بأي بنك موجود؟ أيضاً، هل يمكن أن أسحب الرصيد؟ مع العلم أن الوالد توفى دون إبلاغنا باسم البنك أو حجم الرصيد.
