Mazen Y. Ajjour

Mr Mazen Y. Ajjour commences his career in law from his home country Damascus, Syria and then moved to the UAE in 1991 to practice his profession as a Lawyer and Legal Consultant. He had undergone special training in Maritime Law ( Singapore ) & Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London) , An Analytical Lawyer with solid experience in almost all sectors of Law. Mr. Ajjour as well has commendable knowledge in International Law, Corporate Law, Agency Law, Franchising, Banking and Finance, Corporate Structuring, and Structuring of Private Partnership. His prominent practice areas in Law are; Commercial, Real Estate, Construction, Labor, Maritime, Partnership and Civil Dispute. Adding to his credentials, he is a certified Arbitrator via GCC Commercial Arbitrator Center. His exceptional ability as a speaker and valuable contribution as a writer with a bilingual ability (Arabic & English) enables him to represent diverse multinational companies and individuals in arbitration/litigation cases before DIAC, ADCCA and Courts in the UAE and abroad.
