مستحقات العمل في حالة إنهاء عقد عمل محدد المدة من جانب صاحب العمل
سيدي العزيز،
لقد اعتبرت الشركة التي أعمل بها منصبي زائدًا عن حاجة العمل بسبب تداعيات فيروس كورونا. إنني أعمل بموجب عقد عمل محدد المدة.
لقد أعطوني فترة إشعار مدتها شهر واحد بالإضافة إلى مستحقات نهاية الخدمة. هل يُعد هذا الأمر صحيحًا أم يجب منحي فترة إشعار مدتها ثلاثة أشهر؟
يرجى التوضيح.

Dear Questioner,
Based on your facts above, if your employer terminates your limited employment contract before its expiry without cause, and they fail to follow the new guidelines of Ministerial Resolution No. 279, you will be entitled to arbitrary dismissal and three months' payment.
Please approach MOHRE and file a complaint against your employer.
