Issuing a temporary work permit while a labor case is pending in the labor court

Dear Madam,

I have a salary pending case in Abu Dhabi labor court and the second hearing will be on 6th, April 2020.

I have a new job offer, how can I proceed to join a new job? HR wants me to join immediately because of the current corona epidemic situation.

How can I cancel my employment visa and join the new job? My visa is expiring on 26 June.

What do I need to bring to court to issue a temporary work visa?

The basic documents would be:

1. Court certificate stating that the labor case is pending before the court.

2. Job offer letter from the new company in which you desire to work. The letter should be typed in Arabic.

3. Copy of passport with valid residence visa.

4. Copy of Labour Card.

5. Copy of Labour Establishment Card and the License of the new company.

6. One photograph with white background.
