Is a case summary sheet sufficient for applying for a temporary work permit?
Dear sir/madam,
I have registered a case in the labor court (for settlement payment & cancellation delays). I got a date for the hearing by email along with the ''Case Summary'' sheet which mentions the case number, the date of hearing & some details of the case.
Is this document sufficient for applying for a temporary work permit? Or is there any other document like an ''NOC'' from the court that is required for me to take up temporary work?
I have another job offer as well.
Thank you!

Dear questioner,
After the first hearing, you can request a certificate from the labor court to take it to Tashel office and request permission for a work permit for 6 months until the case is finished so you can join a new work.
