Can I change my job if I have a pending labour case with my current employer?
I had been working in a company for 4 years. The salary was pending for 5 months and I have made a legal complaint against the company. After the complaint, they terminated me with immediate effect.
I got another job and offer letter. After this, I have made a request for labour card cancellation.
How can I cancel my visa?
You can continue your case and ask for a temporary work permit to work elsewhere.
Please make an application to grant you the relevant permission.
STEP 1 - Request the court to provide you with a certificate stating that you have a labour case pending before the court.
STEP 2 - Please apply to the Ministry of Labour to grant you permission to work temporarily for six months. Attach the Court certificate with the application related to the temporary work permit before the Ministry of Labour.
This may grant you the temporary work permit.
