حق المستأجر في خصم تكاليف صيانة العقار من الإيجار
لدي مستأجر بموجب عقد منتهي الصلاحية. وافقت على إبرام عقد جديد لهذا العام لكنني لم أوقع معه العقد حتى الآن. لقد تأخر 35 يومًا عن دفع أول 50٪ من قيمة الإيجار.
لقد اتفاقنا معه على أن يتحمل تكاليف الصيانة، لكنه خصم 40,000 درهم من الإيجار لأنه غيّر مزلاج الباب وقواطع الدوائر الكهربائية الرئيسية.
لقد اعترضت وطلبت منه أن يدفع قيمة الإيجار الكامل (لقد دفع 8000 درهم وخصم 40,000 درهم). أريد الحصول على أموالي بالكامل.
In this case, we can serve your tenant with a legal notice for his breach of contract and request for the remaining balance of AED 40,000 to be paid immediately.
If the tenant does not comply with our request within our specified time frame, then we can proceed and file a case against your tenant in the RDC.
