Outstanding loan and returning back to the UAE
I had an outstanding loan in Dubai around AED 39,000 last 2016. I was terminated at work so I decided to go home in the Philippines that same year.
I was not able to notify the bank that I got terminated before I went home to my country. Now, I want to come back to Dubai.
What will I do? What are the consequences that I might be facing?

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Thank you for reaching out to me on this.
I understand your issue and trust there is a viable solution in law for this.
Considering that you have taken a loan from the bank, you would have issued a security cheque to the bank.
In view of the non-payment of instalment, the bank would have bounced this cheque and filed a police case against you.
If the case is filed, then there would be a travel ban and an arrest warrant against you. Hence I would not advise you to travel at this very moment.
You must first understand what case and type of case are filed against you. Thereafter, you can plan accordingly to travel (if there is no case filed) or resolve the case and then travel to the UAE.
I can assist in inspecting the police records for you and offer a solution for this issue (if any) to ensure your smooth and safe entry into the UAE.
I trust you will find this helpful.
You can get in touch with me on 052-9495731 for further assistance and clarification.
Regards,
Hari Wadhwana

Good Day Dear,
We can contact the bank to settle your liabilities toward them.
As you released security cheques to the bank, they deposit the security cheques first and a criminal case is applied.
