Checking absconding case and possibility of entering the UAE

I am happy to assist you with a Travel Ban and Arrest Warrant Check.

If your employer has filed an absconding case against you, this would prevent you from entering the UAE on a visa.

First, we’ll need a Power of Attorney (POA) from you, allowing us to act on your behalf.

This will allow us to check your records for any criminal or absconding cases that have been filed against your name.

We will draft the POA for you and send the word version (English and Arabic).

Please note that the POA shall be notarized at the Notary Public office in your home country or the country you are currently residing in.

After notarization, you should attest the POA in the UAE Embassy in your home country or the country you are currently residing in.

Once this procedure is done, you should send the original POA to the address which I will provide you.

If our Travel Ban and Arrest Warrant Check reveal that your former employer has placed a ban against you, we can provide you with additional services to help you remove this from your name and to be able to enter the UAE once again.

This requires searching for your name on the private system in the state to know whether your name is forbidden to enter the state or not.

If this does not exist, there is no problem of entering the state. And if there is a problem and your name is prohibited from entering the country, you cannot enter before lifting this order.
