How to check whether an employee is inside or outside the UAE?
My employee had asked for vacation and left to India, but I had a feeling that he is in the UAE and doing work somewhere or searching for some work inside the UAE pretending as he is in India.
How can I know if he had left to India or still staying in the UAE?

You can check in the immigration department if he is inside or outside UAE. Usually, they did not provide this kind of information without a POA issued from that person.
However, vacation is his right. In case he will not come back from vacation, you have the right to file an absconding case against her.
