Sending a non-renewal letter after leaving for a vacation outside the UAE
If a sponsor allows an employee to leave for vacation even though the employee visa will expire after 2 months, and during vacation, the employee sends a non-renewal letter of her contract one month prior to its expiry date because of whatever reason she has:
Can you consider that as a run-away? Or is this a ground for absconding?
If the runaway case / absconding case is a fraud/fake, can I file a fake absconding case and sue my sponsor?

Dear questioner,
You shall maintain records for all communication with the employer. You have to work during your notice period unless the employee has granted you vacation because of the current Corona Virus situation.
You have to be back to the country before the expiry of the notice period and cancel your visa, otherwise, your employer can report you absconding after 6 months of being outside the country.
You can submit a request to immigration to remove absconding, but you have to be inside the county to be able to settle it.
I presume that vacation is outside the country.
