Checking status after leaving the UAE in an absconding case
Hi Madam,
Good day. Hope you're doing well.
A friend of mine had an absconding case filed by his previous company. He went to Al Aweer and left the UAE last year thru travel documents.
Is there a way we can check if he is banned to re-enter the UAE?

Yes, we can check if there is any case against him, but in order to do this, we'll need a Power of Attorney from his side.
The POA shall be notarized at the Notary Public office in his home country or the country he is currently residing in.
After notarization, he should attest the POA in the UAE Embassy in his home country or the country he is currently residing in.
Once this procedure is done, he should send the original POA to the address provided by us.
