Resignation in a limited contract for elongated working hours

I want to resign from my current employer because the work environment is not good and telling me to work in the office a minimum of 10 hrs a day without any overtime.

I'm on a limited term employment contract with my current employer and my probation is running.

If I resign, will they ask for the visa charges or something else?

And what is the period of serving the notice period for resignation?

Please clear my doubt.

Dear Questioner,

Thanks for writing to me.

I understand that you are in limited contract. As you are aware, limited term contracts are stricter in nature. The same is made with a view that both the parties shall complete the contract.

Anyway if you want to rescind the contract, still you can do that but you will be liable to pay a compensation of 45 days salary to the employer.

Do you have any proof to show that the employer is asking you to work 10 hours a day without paying any overtime?

If yes you may file a labour complaint against him in the ministry and request them to cancel your visa.

Yes, the whole office is controlled by CCTV camera.

Not CCTV. If the employer has given written instruction to stay longer.

No, I don't have in writing but my probation is running now in this period. Should I give him the resignation or after completing the probation period?

Actually, I don't want to pay him anything.
