Forcing an employee to do overtime work

Dear sir/madam,

Why am I forced to do overtime on my off days?

If I don't do it, I face disciplinary action.

Dear questioner,

The company does not have the right to force you to work on the day of your leave permanently, and it is not legal.

If you work during the vacation period, the company must pay a wage for that work.
